What is Str8ts puzzle?

Str8ts is a Nikoli-style logic puzzle where you fill a grid divided by black wall cells. White cells form consecutive number runs called straights. Each straight must contain a set of consecutive numbers, and no number can repeat in any row or column (among white cells).
